2. Refund Calculation Based on Credits

Since AI Code Studio operates on a credit system, refunds are calculated based on:

Unused Credits: Refund Amount = (Unused Credits ÷ Total Credits) × Subscription Price

Example: Professional Plan (€39/month, 1500 credits). Used 375 credits (25%) = Eligible for €29.25 refund

Non-Refundable Items

The following is NOT eligible for refund:

AI Credits Already Used: Generated images, videos, or content
Subscription Downgrades: Switching to a lower plan mid-period
Policy Violations: Accounts suspended for violating Terms of Service
Third-Party Fees: Payment processing fees, taxes, or exchange rate fees
Free Plan: Refunds do not apply, as no payment was made
Expired Periods: Refund requests made more than 60 days after invoice

Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time via your billing dashboard. You will retain full access until the end of your current billing period.
